A biotechnology company in Carlsbad was relocating between offices. As part of their move, we outfitted their new space with all their new audio/video, network cabling, sound masking, access control and security cameras. They leased a 25000 sq ft space. and we met all time lines so they could move into the space with all their technology needs in place prior to taking occupancy. As part of the project, we assigned one project manager to oversee the entire project and kept in communication with the client to ensure the space was turned over on time and on budget.
Beyond the standard AV installation work, we also integrated a sophisticated video conference system which allows the client to bring up content, annotate on the screen and then share that content with the video-conference participants. Also included was a table top 360 camera that grabs all participants seated around the conference table.
